I spent the day fleshing out this journaling system. It isn't uploaded to the server yet, but I have a series of bash scripts that take these prompt email replies, add them to journal.csv (how's that for a flat-filedatabase?) and then parse them to render html pages that show the entries for that day over all of the years in the file.
Got order in today, big one and it took most of the day to get it out, evenwith Jeremiah's help. Looked through more pictures after supper and thenmovie and reading before bed.
In to work a bit early. Busy day. Willy came in for training to help withthe holiday rush. Ate Thanksgiving left-overs - delicious lunch! Picked upAshley and we headed to Zia's for a light meal before heading to Philip andStephanie's for small group. Great session and fabulous to see everyone!Headed home and bed after tea.
Great day of hanging about the house! I prepped bullet cookie dough andit's sitting over-night as a test. We put together our Thanksgiving meal -steaks, mashed potatoes, deviled eggs, asparagus, stuffed mushrooms,home-made cranberry sauce, and some sauteed mushrooms in a wine reduction.Delicious! Apple pie and ice cream for dessert. Watched through some of theHarry Potter movies and generally just hung out together.
Busy day, but nice to be home and together for it. We drove up past the topof the neighborhood in the Jeep and cut down a Christmas tree. Got it upbut not decorated, yet. I cleaned up some in the garage, putting togetherthe drill press and sharpening most of the kitchen knives on the new knifesharpener. I finished putting together the 3d printer and got a test printdone, a puppy dog, and it turned out nice. It doesn't seem to be workingafterward, though. We took photos of Lily in the metal tub in her last milkbath, celebrating Ashley's pumping journey.
Last day of the weekend. We headed to the library to visit the playgroundfor a bit, before grabbing lunch at Blue Sky Cafe. Then home for Lily'snap. I organized art supplies and cleaned up downstairs and Ashley tookcare of some chores. We went for a short walk in the afternoon (basicallystraight to the playground for just a bit) and then combined left-overs forsupper. Pretty low-key, relaxing day.
Nice day to stay at home. Lily's not feeling 100% again. Ashley cleaned outa lot from the garden shed, we hauled some trash away, etc. Grabbed pizzasfrom Eepas for supper.
