2017: Woke early and got some more time in carving on the lino cut. Breakfast(Ashley isn't feeling so peppy) and headed off to work. The computer isn'tworking right so had to use a cash register just like the one used atVAlley View Trees! So a slow day, especially with the time changeyesterday. Home and supper (soup, since Ash isn't feeling any better) andthen out to the studio. Finished the cut and started looking for the nextproject a bit before going to read before bed.
2018: A bit early into town for the coffee talk at Carver's. Met a few people andheard more about the Creative District from Hayley's presentation. Then onto work and got some chores done during the day. Jeramiah stopped by and wewent to lunch at Oscar's. Nice to chat and catch up. Then back to the storetill end of the day. Lexis did a great job and seems much more comfortable.Home and the couch had arrived so we unboxed that and moved the chairupstairs. It looks great and is comfy - Ashley definitely made a winningchoice!
2019: Work from home day - made breakfast and pot roast and beans. Caught up onfiling and some other admin tasks that haven't been done in a month. Wentfor a walk about the lake - pretty with ducks on the water and gettingclose to dusk. Read before an early bed time.
2021: Working day - covering the frame shop. Home to see Gary and Mom for a bitbefore they headed to bed to recover from the drive. Gary will be headingout early in the morning, heading for Bouse.
2022: Lily woke up only briefly during the night, but stirred quite a bit (as didwe all). We had oatmeal for breakfast, then packed up the tent and such andheaded toward home. Stopped for sandwiches at the park in Mancos. Cleanedup and put away our camping gear. Nice to be home. Early to bed foreveryone.
