Worked on inventory, called about insurance some more, found out detailsabout moving into apartment, sent resume in to DAC, headed home for theevening.
In to work and read a bit at the desk before diving in. Pretty busy day,got a lot done from the todo list. Off to Philip and Stephanie's for smallgroup - great to get back together with everyone and catch up from thesummer. Then home and basically straight to bed.
Into town early for Ashley's visit. I got the sign up and headed to thedentist to get the plugs out. Only took a couple of minutes for that -everything is looking good and sounds right. Otherwise, work day. Kristenleft early. Ashley and I went for supper at Chainless and then picked upgroceries at City Market - they picked them for us. Interesting experience.Felt bad when we got home so laid about and just a bit of reading beforebed.
Nice to be at home without a list of chores to do for the day. Afterbreakfast we hiked up Vallecito Creek Trail and had lunch overlooking theriver. Then back home for Lily's nap. Ashley and I puttered around - Icarved out the wood block for my Bible Lukasa. We read for a bit. Generallyjust a relaxing afternoon. I cooked a chicken in the pressure cooker andveggies on the side. We ate supper on the back porch (chicken wasn't readyin time, so all veggies - green beans, tomato, zucchini fries, and mashedpotatoes). Then reading a bit before heading to bed early.
Another nice day to mostly stay home. I emptied the trailer of the firewoodbits, hauled trash off, changed the tire and tube on the front of the whitebicycle... One of the quail was being a bully so we separated it. We allwent to the library in the morning for a bit. The new tube for the backtire popped so we checked for one at the hardware store (no luck) and thenheaded to Eepas for supper. Home and read before bed.
