They aren't quite hiring but theowner liked me so I start tomorrow learning to build frames. It's somethingto get me started and pass some time with a bit of income. Plus, it'sflexible so I don't have to worry about putting my job search on pause. There's a job for a Development Assistant, what I did at LexArts, for theConservancy Lands Foundation - so that would be a perfect fit for me! A bitof grocery shopping after Ashley finished work and then home for theevening.
2018: Motorcycled in to work, so I got to have a relaxing morning at home.Wrapped up the order and took care of a few other things about the store.Book came in at the library so I headed over to pick that up on the wayhome. Split some firewood while supper was baking, ate and read for a bit.Couldn't get to sleep so back up and read till about midnight.

Motorcycled in totown for the midwife appointment - to hear the baby's heart beat! Home formore paperwork. Ashley came home too and took a nap - advantage of a lowwork load for the day. Then supper and off to small group - great to seeeveryone!
2020: In to work to open the store. Kristen came in about noon so I got a lunchand ran a couple of errands. Lexis agreed to transition to framing so I'llhave to find someone or two to teach the store. Picked up pizza atHomeslice and headed home for supper and a bit of chatting before bed.

2022: Headed to Durango for breakfast - tried out Ruperts and really enjoyed it.Then a stop at the hardware store before heading home. We decided to goahead and paint in the basement so I disassembled the murphy bed andemptied the shelves. We had some white paint that was left over fromprevious projects and used that on the wall. Lots of taping and prep workand had everything primed and the first coat of white in place at night.Slept upstairs.
