2017: Woke early and watched the sun rise. Worked on tabulating numbers for thequest, money spent, percentages, time spent and where, etc. Britt and Matthad to head out for work in the afternoon and Ashley had her Skypeinterview, so I took the nieces to Lowes and then WalMart. They didn'tthink I'd wear their bow headband into the store, but they were wrong! Allthree of them got into one of the children's carts with the extra row ofseats behind the buggy itself (with Bailee in the cart) and they wereentertained and easy to push around the store in this manner. Got some goodcomments, though everyone seemed to think quot dadquot and not quot unclequot . Back athome Matt and I fixed the whistling toilet by replacing the flush assembly. Then Hannah helped me get potatoes ready for supper before she and Hannahhad to head in for their recital rehearsal. Bailee, Ashley and I cookedsupper - brats, baked and fried potatoes, seasoned wilted spinach, bakedbeans and hotdogs. We snacked on peanuts and cashews with rootbeer beforesupper, ate, and then when Britt got home Ashley, Britt and I had beerwhile she ate supper. Bailee popped popcorn to enjoy while watching Dr.Strange.

Lunch at Fired Up Pizza and thenpicked up some new hiking shoes at Second Time Around (actually new ones!)so good deal there! Jeramiah and Tiger stopped by after mowing so we allchatted for a bit. Ashley and I read for a few minutes on the patio beforeheading to church. Home and made breakfast for supper.
2019: I ran into The Grocery Store and picked up syrup and salsa while Ashleymade bacon and buttermilk pancakes for breakfast. We feasted at the picnictable, then went for a walk around the lake. Ashley read and snoozed in thehammock while I did yard work - gathered a trailer full of branches anddead oak saplings, moved the rock pile from the driveway, and mowed theyard. Then a haircut and shower while Ashley grilled supper. We had steakand corn on the cob for supper at the picnic table, a walk around the lake, and a few minutes hanging out in the hammock before heading in for theevening.

After Lily went to bed we had supper and dessert on the back porch, enjoyed a bright sunset, and then read before heading to bed.
2022: Lily slept poorly and Ashley ended up pulling her in to bed with us tofinish the night (which seemed to work). We all slept in a bit late. Iworked in the frame shop again to cover Robin's break. Mom came in to townto check out goodwill again and got some new shoes for herself. Ashley andLily came in after nap time. We all walked up to the DAC to see VerylGoodnight's show. Didn't get to stay for the whole presentation but greatto visit.
