Whew, driving day! Stopped in El Reno, OK at the Iron Tree Coffee shop for some chores and a break along the way. Great little place! Worked our way to Hot Springs National Park - no spots in the campground so we headed to the nearby J&J's campground. Settled in for two nights and grilled steaks for supper - delish and much appreciated after a day on the road!
Went grocery shopping. Put together a picnic lunch and went into HiddenValley and hiked up to a rocky outcropping for our lunch. Great views andfelt fabulous to be back outside for a delightful meal. Home and on to Skafor chatting - Brian and Stacey happened to be stopping by so we caught upwith them as they were waiting to go pick up their packs of bees! Homebefore church and then settled in for the evening after service.
Up to make coffee for Karen. Then banana-cakes for breakfast and chattingfor a bit before she had to hit the road. Sorry to see her go but it was agreat visit! We watched the church service and worked in the yard a bit. Igot the raised beds put back together and then staked in place. We went fora walk around the lake and I worked in the garage for a bit before we raninto town to pick up milkshakes and used our new stainless steel strawsfrom the last date night in box. I finished the third support for theworkbench and put up the lumber rack on the wall. Plus started working onthe lamp. Charged the motorcycle battery and took it for a spin -everything seems to be working as remembered. Need to double-check the oiland bolts and such but basically still running like a champ! Read for a bit(covered the first two months of baby development) and then bed time.
Lily didn't want to go back to sleep after her 2am feeding so Ashley triedto settle her for a couple of hours and then it was my turn. No luck sointermittent sleep from then on. Ashley got settled and ready for her teamcall this morning and I headed into town to meet with Robin to discuss newopening protocols. She's doing well and it was great to see everyone again!Nice to drive with the window off the Jeep - can't wait to try it with themall off, and the roof! Was able to pick up two more 5gallon tubs for theindoor garden to swap out for the gutter pieces, as the tubs seem to workmuch better. Also grabbed the needed pieces for the garden hoses. Home andhelped with Lily while Ashley wrapped up work. Lily and I went for a walkabout the neighborhood. We all went out to the garden and I finishedputting the hose together so we're ready to water once the weather worksout. It was nice and warm today so we opened the windows and doors on themain floor. Tired and ready for bed after the early morning.
Home office day. Got the email written, took care of some chores. We'replanning for this weekend's trip to the CRMPI workshop. Ashley and Lilywent to the Treehouse. We all drove in and picked up pizza from Eepas forsupper. Small group then bed time.

Then a quick stop at thestore and Ace, on to Walmart for a few things. They dropped me back at thestore for the day and headed to the park to watch construction - Ashleyfound asparagus by the river. I took care of chores and tried to figure outnext projects for the store. Order arrived, loaded big painting in Robin'struck for her to deliver, grabbed Evanne's groceries and headed to Bayfieldto drop them off. Then home. We had supper on the deck, played before Lilywent to bed, and read before heading that way ourselves.
