2017: Ashley's last shift at Cape Fear. Picked her up and ate at Panera Bread. Waited at Post Office while they looked for package from Wool & Prince without luck. Then at home I prepped for traveling, getting trailer ready, cleaning out waste tanks, changing oil in generator, etc. Ashley cut her soap and we spent the evening at home.
2018: Woke with a horrible headache and took some ibuprophien, which apparentlyreally upset my stomach. Spent much of the morning lying on the couch.Finally felt better and we watched some quot how to build a tiny housequot videos- really enjoyed them, learned a bunch and felt a lot better about buildingour own TH. After lunch went out for a hike in the hidden valley and thento Ska for chips and a drink. Quick stop at the grocery store and home.Ashley made steak for supper and cupcakes for dessert. Delicious!
2019: In to work for the day. Ashley decided to play hookey and enjoyed spending the day at home. I ran some errands, picked up a couple of books from Maria's and generally spent the day at the store. Home to a delicious supper!
2020: Lily and Ashley slept better (if still not enough). So a nice morning athome and then I had to head into work to cover lunch while Kristen went toa meeting about the Red Balloon Events. Got some paperwork done then wentto meet Ashley at the church. She had a team meeting and I watched Lily andworked on re-learning how to solve a rubiks cube. We went home, had supper,then headed to bed (I was in the basement for a solid night's sleep).
2021: In to work for a bit. Greg from Shaw Solar came by the store and tookmeasurements to get me a quote for a solar install. Home for the evening.Lily walked (with Ashley's hands) away from me as we played chase for abit. How fun! She quot tickledquot my neck. She's a lot of fun and more every day.:D We had homemade pizza for supper and chatted before heading to bed.
2023: Work day. Kristen made it in for about an hour before heading home. Wrappedup just a bit early, grabbed some frozen pizzas, and headed home. Pizza forsupper and read for just a bit. We watched the new Black Panther movie andended up staying up later than intended.
