When will I receive my cards?

Short answer - Ten days before the event.

Long answer - Every two weeks we will look at the upcoming events on your calendar and prepare/send you the cards that you'll be needing. Our goal is to have them arrive ten days before the event*. Plenty of time for you to write and send them out - not too early and not too late. "Goldilocks timing."

* As always, we strive to be either early or on time, but once we send your package on its way it's up to our shipping partner to deliver it when expected.

Can I choose what cards you send?

Short answer - Absolutely!

Long answer - Of course you can! When you first sign up for your Cards-on-Demand Package, you choose whether or not you want to preview the cards. If you select yes, then as we're selecting your cards, we'll send you photos of the final options in a form. You simply let us know which cards you prefer, and they'll be on their way!

What kind of 'events' can I send cards for?

Short answer - Just about anything you can think of.

Long answer - Of course, we have cards for all of the major holidays (Easter, Christmas, Hanukkah, Halloween, Valentine's Day, Mother/Father's Day, etc). Not to mention common life events (birthday, anniversary, etc). For any event that we might not (yet) have a card for, we can provide blank cards with a variety of imagery in which you can write your own message.

How will I know when my cards are on their way?

Short answer - We'll send you an email, with the tracking number for your card package.

Long answer - As we build your card package and send it on to you, we'll send you an email update letting you know that it's on its way, complete with the tracking number that our shipping partner provides so that you will know when to expect it.

What if I want to change my card calendar?

Short answer - Just let us know and we'll update it.

Long answer - Quick edits are just that, quick and easy. You let us know what needs to be changed and we'll update it. A more involved edit might, at most, require another "event" form to be filled out as we gather the needed information (most likely, we'll ask you the questions and fill it out for you.)

Who makes the cards?

Short answer - We have partnered with a team of printers.

Long answer - There are printers around the world. We are constantly seeking out more whose work catches our eye and speaks to our heart so that we can partner with them and offer you an even better selection of cards.

Most of the cards say directly on them who printed it. We have records of all the cards, however, so if you do have a question about a particular source, let us know and we can find out for you.

What if I need more than 60 cards?

Short answer - That can be arranged!

Long answer - We will soon be offering Bonuses which are sets of cards for major holidays. If you think that you'll only need 20 cards throughout the year and have settled on "The Scribbler" package, but will want to send 20 more holiday cards in December, you can order one of the Holiday Bonuses just for that purpose.

If you need more than 60 cards throughout the year, contact us and we'll custom build a Package just for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Short answer - Not at the moment.

Long answer - We're still a young company and in order to provide the best possible service we are limiting our services to the United States.

However, we are looking into expanding internationally. Please contact us and let us know where you live and that you're interested and we'll see what we can do!

How do I mail the cards?

Short answer - U.S. Postage is included for each of the cards. Just address, affix stamp, and send your card on its way.

Long answer - We include a "Forever" stamp from the U.S. Postal Service for each of the cards. Once you've addressed the envelope and stamped it, all you have to do is drop it into an outgoing mailbox and you're done!

What if I want to send cards out of the country?

Short answer - That can be arranged!

Long answer - At the moment, we aren't offering postage for international shipping. However, we're looking into options and hope to provide additional postage stamp packages soon.

If you want to ship internationally, contact us so that we can get to work on a custom shipping package just for you.

Do I have to send the cards to my house?

Short answer - Nope!

Long answer - We understand that you often live with those who you want to surprise with cards, or at least some of them. In that case we recommend receiving your Cards-on-Demand Package somewhere else that you can receive mail, such as your office.
